An absolutely amazing trip with Red Reach Himalaya Trek completing the Annapurna Circuit and Tilicho Lake trekking during Mar/Apr 2023. Was a pleasure to work with RameshBhai of Red Reach Himalaya Trek, it was easy to present our requirements everything from diet to route planning, Rameshbhai was responsive and provided us the needed details to have a successful trip. We were a group of 15, therefore a complex set of logistics to work on throughout the trek. The accommodation for a large group of us was great and adequate as we climbed higher up. Catering and meeting all our dietary (Veggie and Vegan) requirements for every tasty meal, every day was unbelievable. A fantastic team of guides, assistant guides and sherpas accompanied us throughout the circuit enabling us to successfully complete the challenge. The trip of a lifetime to Everest Base Camp

Red Reach Himalaya Trek organized the Everest Base Camp trek for me and my son. It was a dream that we had for years, and the actual experience did not disappoint us. Despite COVID and many other challenges, Red Reach tailored a trek that was perfect for us. Ngima was a wonderful guide and Ajay was a dynamic and helpful porter. They went the extra mile to help us. When my duffle bag broke, they helped me get a new one in Namche. Every detail was planned out perfectly. And when we faced small health challenges (one of us got altitude sickness), Red Reach's team was there to handle everything and keep us safe. We reached Everest base camp and climbed Kalapattar and enjoyed some of the best views of our lives. When we were returning, the Government of Nepal instituted a lockdown and stopped all flights from Lukla to Kathmandu. But Red Reach made sure that we got back on time. What I especially appreciated was that Ramesh kept phoning the guide to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The moment Nepal got open again for tourists, I made contact with Ramesh Hughes of Red Reach Himalaya Trek. I wanted to go to Solu Khumbu again. This time to Gokyo and the Fifth Lake. I have been in the Nepaly Himalaya 30+ times, trekking and climbing on my own, as Tour Leader for the Royal Dutch Alpine Club and with a friend. All this, from Upper Dolpo in the Mid West to the Kanchenjunga in the Eastern part. During all those years, you see and experience a lot. When everything goes as planned, there is nothing to worry about. It is just fantastic in this beautiful scenery. Sometimes “ the going gets tuff, but the tuff gets going”. It’s a part of the deal. When things don’t go as planned, you need the back-up of a professional in Kathmandu. For me it is very important to work with a Trekking agency in Nepal that I know. They have to be 100% reliable and able to find solutions when circumstances are asking for immediate action.Ramesh Hughes of Red Reach Himalaya Trek organised my trek to Gokyo and took care of everything.My guide and porter were both vaccinated against Covid-19, Ramesh felt himself responsable for their safety too. Due to privat sad circumstances, my guide Bhim had to go to his village the day before we got back to Lukla. Ramesh was able to get him on a helicopter and to drop him near his village. Top service again from Ramesh Hughes and his guide Bhim Bahadur Magar. We had an amazing time on our 5 day hiking tour to Poon Hill organised by Ramesh. The view was amazing and tour was very well organised. Our tour guide Gopal was incredible - made us feel extremely safe and made sure we were okay during the icy conditions. Great food along the way kept us well nourished, and the lodges we stayed in were also excellent. The view at the top of Poon hill was one of the best I have ever seen. Highly recommended the 5 day tour to Poon hill and Ghorepani with Red Reach Himalaya Trek - I could not fault them. Thank you Ramesh and Gopal for such an incredible experience, one we will never forget!

My trek with Red Reach Himalaya was a perfect experience. On my trek I learned how important it is to have a great guide and I'm so thankful that I did have a great guide. I have had many backpacking and trekking experiences and this was by far my best. On the contrary my wife had never done any backpacking and was asthmatic. With the help of our guide both of us were able to make it safely with good health to Annapurna base camp and back. Our guide was always considerate of us and prioritized our health. Also our guide was very fluent in English and by the end of our trip became our friend. Along our journey to the base camp our guide had also helped out many other people along the way who were in need of medical assistance. One of the groups that our guide had assisted was different trekking company who had a guide but the guide was very inexperienced in helping people with altitude sickness. Our guide ended up saving three peoples lives who were in and out of conscience due to altitude sickness. We are so glad that we had went with red reach Himalaya and not with any of these other companies. For the best and safest experience Red reach Himalaya is the best choice. I have done two treks with them and I plan to do many more.
